Bynum breaks a long 53 yard run on the fourth play of the opening drive in the 4th Qtr. Tulane would later score and go up 14-0 which would end up being the final score.

It was the last installment of the LSU-Tulane rivalry played on the Tulane campus." The energy that night was something else. LSU would not have a home game exceed that attendance figure until the Tiger stadium expansion in 2000.

Funny! Ferguson was great as a radio announcer because listeners couldn't see the play. But there were times when Ferguson completely missed a play, so he would make one up just so the next play call would make sense. That was fine on the radio, but you can't do that on TV!
