@Bajan John Doe Well said. My grandmother taught me that love is the only thing of value that we can take with us when we leave this world. Yet by its very nature, love lingers where a loving person has lived and in the lives they touched. You can feel it long after their physical form has crumbled and if you hold on to that love and add your own to it, then you'll see that love cannot be constrained by death and that the love inside each of us is indestructible, immutable and eternal.

Well said. My dad was black and in the late 80s an old white woman tried to secretly take me out of my dad’s car cuz she was convinced he kidnapped me. I screamed at the top of my lungs, “THAT’S MY PAPA!!! PAPA PAPA!!!” and he came running out the store and almost murdered that woman for putting her hands on me. We’ve come a long way, but not long enough for everyone to see a black man with a white looking child as “normal.” I actually didn’t understand the incident that happened to me as a child until I was older when my innocence goggles were ripped off. Wouldn’t it be nice if we never lost that pure, unfiltered love and acceptance we have as children?

CeCe Kansas ,CeCe ,you are undoubtedly a beautiful person inside and out .To say this is beautiful.No.matter how simple it was ,it was definitely a act of kindness.I was in a store one day checking out,there was a child who didn't have enough money to.pay for what he had .This child had more sense to recognize my small.act of kindness than you idiot adults to see what John did .The little one turned to me gave me the biggest hug ,a beautiful smile ,and said ,thank you ! I respect every religious viewpoint equally, but personally I believe that while a divine force exists, he allowed our world to operate on it's own, like Enlightenment thinkers believe. So I think the credit should go to John, because it was his choice, and as an independent being, he made the choice to take time out of his day to show kindness. However, I understand this may not be viewed by everyone, and I'm open to any religious viewpoint. Just stating my opinion.

Adult twins often have a bit of a fascination with little twins. My dad is in 80's and he's always telling mums of twins in buggies, "I was a twin you know."😁 I guess it's a little like getting the chance to look at yourself when you were young and share the fascination that strangers had with you and your twin back then.

👇🏻I also think it's beautiful that he did what he did bless him ,black white mixed or asian is not the point. There is good in every race! He is a twin and he had empathy for a single mum of twins and helped. As a mum of twins myself I have been in the same situation loads of times and not had that help, but I have also had times where people have gone above and beyond for us also. What a lovely man and the thing I love the most the twin he held looked at this stranger picking him up and never cared of his colour just liked seeing a friendly face. See NOBODY is born racist it's taught let's start teaching acceptance and start seeing beauty in the differences we all have! Because we are all different and beautiful in our own right. ☺️

Bonnie Nash so why even state it in your comment if it didnt matter what his skin is you shoul have said that was a nice act of humanity or he a great guy. or however length the comment. because even stating any thing about his skin draw attention to his skin. nice comment not saying what you did is wrong just saying stating it in General actually is doing some what of the opposite of what your trying to do. but your a beautiful person have :)

Americans wallow in these "feel good" fluff pieces, that is just basic decency, in one breath and outright ignore inequality in the next. It truly is boggling to other Countries.
@tvtitlechampion32386 жыл бұрын
Funny thing is, these 'feel good' pieces are meant to be a relief from the relentless negative reinforcement that gets applied in media of all sorts. This particular story is an indirect plea for racial tolerance, an example of positive reinforcement. The targeted audience is not just people wallowing in self-congratulatory tolerance, but the profanely intolerant. Must be nice that you don't have that in your country.
