Born and raised in Tulsa. I’d walk around the north side with no problems. Wouldn’t do the same in Detroit or Chicago. In fact the church in your first shot is a place I’ve explored. Our hoods are not really hoods in comparison to other places. You can live in a Tulsa “hood” and have a very great life.

Tulsa hoods are weak compared to other places. Nothing but wanna bes
@babyydollloo Жыл бұрын
@@LilXancheX yeah. Except for the few who aren't wanna bes. In an apartment I lived in in this area a gang went in and murdered a woman in the same apartment building and threw her in the dumpster. Theres definitely some that don't give a fck. But yes compared to other places its a weak place

most of the people saying tulsa aint bad are because they are 9/10 good normal people who dont live in bad areas or are not and never been involved with the streets or in altercations and are just innocnet by standers. lifes going to be somewhat ok a great for those yall arnt targets and almost never will be. and i have freinds and people i met who came from chicago,north sac cali. houston and st luis who say its gheto asf here mfs is grimey And its bad and not safe and worse to live in then those places. so i mean it didnt get it nick name thugtown for no reason and so much crime happens here thats not going to make the news but stats dont lie. this is a failing poverty stricken city and state as a whole. and school systems ranked among the worst in the nation. i dont wanna glorifi the bad but people needa wake up to reality this city is bad. and its only decent to the people who work and go home. but yes its not the worst @@derrickhamilton8306

East Tulsa needs a ride through too. It’s improving in looks, but over the past decade, it’s had a spurt in activity. It’s mostly multiethnic with Native, Latino, Asian and black working class people but growing up in the 21st & Garnett area, it’s not hard to get into or find trouble if you’re involved or active.

My family lived at 21 and garnet for like 40 years. My grand parents, dad, then me. The area has gone to shit. I went to pine and Lewis. Lived there for 5 years. Now, I'm at 51 and Lewis. I'm too close to 61. These crackheads are fucking crazy, out this way. It is getting bad, pretty much everywhere but Bixby and Glenpool.

Admiral and harvard/ 11th street aren’t bad hoods. Should have shown more of the deeper north side, 30’s, 40’s,50’s. Suburban acres, Frankfort and garrison block. Seminole hills, Comanche park, Apache manor, st Thomas square, 61st and Peoria. Most of this video is just around admiral blvd.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Not a bad video and you captured some of it. Around admiral where you were and east side 21st and Garnett area is Hispanic. Some of these properties need a little sprucing up but not too many looked as though they were beyond saving. You're not exactly driving in the eastside of Detroit. THOSE hoods are beyond saving. It's a shame because some of those were once very nice houses.

The worst parts of Tulsa in my opinion are 1.) From the East ege of downtown to 145th East avenue and from 15th street North to Pine street. 2.) West Tulsa 3.) North Tulsa from the East edge of sand springs East to US 169/the Mingo valley expressway not including collinsville or Owasso and from I-244 North to 100th street North 4.) East Tulsa from Darlington to 177th East ave.and from 51st street South North to I-244. 5) the 51st/61st and Peoria area from I-44 and peoria South to the Arkansas River and form Riverside Drive/parkway East to Harvard.
