I’ve recently been struggling with getting my back tuck and my lay outs better because they are negatively effecting my score and these videos really helped me and my coaches have been telling me they’ve noticed a difference thank you so much for making those videos! Been flipping more than 25 years and still love going back to videos like this. You're never too old or too high-level to remind yourself to keep your head in! And of course in a moment of zen-like clarity I have realised I won't get the standing full that I'm currently pursuing unless I get my standing tuck right where I want it. So thanks for this video, really helping me on my way.

Hold object under chin and try not to drop it. Practice on trampoline at the beginning of learning the set/block!! 🙌🏽

The mat flipping exercise is really effective. Really highlights proper set and not throwing your head back.

Thank you so much this is so helpful! I am trying out for JV cheer next week and I have been trying to get my standing tuck cleaned up. This vid was super great because it helped me show myself why doing a tuck in a backhandspring motion like I have a habit of doing is not okay lol.

I am a gymnast end I have my round off tuck but I need to work on my stand backtuck a lot I do it down the wedge a lot
