Opals are soft so they need less time in the tumbler. Australian opals only need 3-5 days per stage for example or you’ll tumble them into nothing

omg the moment the plate came into frame i literally yelled THOSE ARE DRY!?!?!?! MINE NEVER LOOK LIKE THAT! 😭😭 I swear I must be doing something wrong, is it because I keep doing batches of mixed rocks? I do have some that are the same maybe I should try them next lol

I have the same tumbler, does yours get really hot? Bc after a couple of days mine get uncomfortable to touch hot. I am just concerned with burning up the motor.
