This story is based on real.... it's a story of a poet 'Akhtar shirani '...his lover was salma and he got rejected by her or maybe some reason he couldn't get her and he got addicted and died in 43 of age ..he wrote poetry for salma .... it's a sad but true story........also the novel was written on akhtar shirani by his close friend and phir us novel ko drama ma change kiya gya ...80 sal purani kahani ha .....
