Oyong 5 buah (725 gram)
Baso 15 buah
Bawang merah 130 gram ( 16 siung ukuran kecil )
Bawang putih 6 siung
Cabe merah besar 3 buah
Daun salam 2 lembar
Lengkuas 4 cm
Merica / lada bubuk 1/2 sendok makan
Saos tiram 4 sendok makan
Minyak goreng 6 sendok makan
Air 200 cc
