Im at start of research journey. Seems like its pretty important for either procedure to have excess fat really reduced and stable via normal means b4 surgery. Otherwise I dont see how skin can cope. Sadly excess fat is bit like a lifestyle cancers ie predominantly a prevention issue ; difficult to lose and maintain.
