No one ever talks about induced Innate Immunity and the interactions of Dendritic Cells, NK Cells, and Macrocytes. We all catch 1 million cancers every day but the cell receptors of these detect them and destroy the malignant cell. So eat your fruits and vegetables, exercise, maintain a slim weight, and avoid excessive alcohol! BTW, I love to create this type animation as a hobby and this one is especially beautiful. And Parham The Immune System is a wonderful book. When I went to med school I was taught things like "somehow muscles contract" and "somehow infections are controlled" but now it seems every step in every signaling pathway has been figured out. It is incredible (and so exciting) how much is now known about the immune system and all the new practical applications of that knowledge!

I think there is a mislabeled point in video at 3:50. It should be labeled in regulatory T cell not Helper T cell.
@KenJackson_US5 жыл бұрын
Remember, NK cells and their ability to sense stress-associated molecules came about by chance, as did helper T cells, dendritic cells, cytotoxic T cells, coreceptors, perforin and granzymes. Their obvious design wasn't designed. Never mind the effectively infinite permutations of a string of amino acids that had to be searched to find functional proteins.

I'm diagnosed with a T cell Lymphoma blood Cancer. It came up through my skin, as a 7 cm × 7 cm × 3 cm tumor, in just 6 weeks. I thought it was just my eczema going completely out of control, but no. I then changed my foods, halting the tumor in 3 days of diet change, by quitting all processed foods, quitting 6 small alcohol drinks I'd been drinking every week, and, i began using the natural hygiene diet with an added detox curve. Yes, I halted the tumor, in 3 days of diet change... I also take a high end dose of quality CO-Q10, d-3, a cheap knock off of mega mens pack heart health pack, a little bit of pure HMB, and a bit of pure creatine. After 3 days in limbo, with no processed foods, taking the supplements mentioned, I started applying all the rules of the natural hygiene diet, and I ate apples and baby greens for breakfast and lunch, meat for dinner. In my case, all of this was supposedly non GMO organic foods. The tumor instantly began to SHRINK, after 3 days of that. Within 5 days, it went from 7cm×7cm×3cm, all the way down to 5cm×5cm×2cm!! Then, I added too many ingredients. It was still shrinking, just much slower, because I tweaked the routine, a bit too complex for my tumor to shrink. AKA additional meats, garlic powder, minced onion, black pepper, green beans, and a couple other natural things, instead of just my apples and greens for breakfast and lunch, meat with a dash of salt at night.... Sometimes I use the Nicoya 3 sisters. That slight increase in complexity, was that much less helpful shrinking the tumor in my case, but helped my energy. Then, for the last 2 days, yesterday and today, I increased my apples and greens even more, and, lessened everything else, and the shrinking increased all over again! Work is ROUGH though. The natural hygiene diet demands no snacking!! Lol For over a decade I was used to eating 7-8 times per day!! Now I'm only eating 3 times, and, there are way less carbs, slight energy loss for a few reasons.... The moment I tweaked the routine, adding an assortment of carb sources etc, sure, I felt wonderful, but the tumor stopped shrinking! Now, I'm back on track, but it's difficult to work, with less energy. I need to work! So, I'm considering the carnivore diet, maybe. If I do, I can go pretty wide on my types of meats! The simplicity might cause the tumor to shrink, and I might have more energy? I highly doubt the tumor would begin growing again, provided I don't get an infection etc, in the carnivore diet. Any thoughts or experience on this anyone? Thanks in advance. My PET scan isn't until some time after Feb 10th. I may have interest in a gene therapy route. You doctors are all amazing. Thank you!

I really loved the video; and in addition, some other mechanisms of immune evasion by tomours would be the loose of the MHC 1 expression so that cell can not be detected by the lymphocyte T, but that can be helpulf for the cells NK to detected tose cells without MHC1. I'm surprised of how tomours can do the same mechanism as the Immune-privileged tissues, so they can decreased or stop the inmune response. And the inmunotherapy is like a way to potencial the functions of the T cells, so they can continue their work.
