Aku book hotel ni kat Agoda sebab gambar dia semua cantik-cantik, kalah hotel-hotel lain.
Everything was fine at first, tapi lepas tu terus jatuh merudum persepsi aku terhadap hotel ni.

To Be precise- IN Desaru it self (ni CERITA PASAL RESORT DALAM DESARU SAHAJA TAU) u need to make a survey accomodation based on ur pocket and , what kind of leisure u targeting to. LOtus Desaru recommeded with large group of family cos its offer from studio duplex to 3 bedrooms apartment. there are so many swimming pool area, beach activities, fun fair area, restaurant ala2 Lotus Restaurant tekak melayu and selera mamak di situ. Nasi beriani!!! roti canai! name it! memang tekak ku. but if u asking service ala2 mat saleh jgn la please.. datang sini u akan rasa berada dalam komuniti you, syok2 steady jer.. derang pun murah seyuman. i would say family friendly. Sand Sandal also an old hotel the rebrand to new name and its refurbish with new cosmetic look even the room as well. Surprisingly they has room with private pool! However, food wise for me need improvement. jujur. Tunamaya, the oldest hotel formely known as View Hotel. That is why the Room price more affordable compare all the hotels in Desaru. I would say this is for budget trip short get away. If you want to eat or get entertainment you have to go out from there. Mostly people stay here just for the accomodation to enjoy the Adventure waterpark Desaru Coast or they have an event running around in this area. Hardrock Hotel Desaru Coast well, u heard the name already, people stay here to experience the live band and merchendise for some collector. ROOM bukan pilihan saya. There are few restaurants and cafe u may try. saya cuma suka satu je restaurant mengadap waterpark big wave. NIce food! Service wise -still good, staff very cheerful and friendly . masih ada trademark Hardrock employee.. they always take a milestone to attertain you eventhough they doing some errands. added -easy acces to Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast Westin Desaru Coast I would say, all the rooms they have a seaview! not too cramp, pool just nice pool not so huge. but the best thing is THE BEACH!!!! Westin menang besar kat BEACH. simple decoration and interior more then less sama mcm westin kl cuma resort vibes. but dont to expect like WESTIN LANGKAWI dah ler. clean sandy and there is beach bar that u can chillin'. Food rest- moderate. Service - moderate. Anantara Desaru Coast hihihi Bukan nak bias. Best service so far. Dari ke Bangla parking sampai ke dalam . restaurant and beach bar cafe pun ada tuk chillin malam2.. If you want to try thailand cuisine , Jemput ke sini. there are kid and teenage room seperated. public pool area ada 2. so adalah anak2 activities. fun ride to cycle along the pedistrian sbb besar kan tanah dia.. ROOM spacious! balcony u can watch the sunrise with the nice landscap n building stucture...aduyaiii itu la tu.. sediakan poket tebal. One&Only Desaru Coast I tak berani nak comment. Cos I'm Not experience the service yet. But I went there way before it open. heard Manis2 je belaka. sbb poket dia MANIS juga. GINI la tak nak simpan sendiri. There is a BEST RESTAURANT if you come to DESARU COAST -menu dia dari Asean ke western tangan CHef dia SUPERB. pergi google cari The ELS Club Desaru Coast (yang Ocean Coast tau BUkan yg Lembah) .. alhamdulillah nak ckp rahsia.. but this internet. tips: indeed it is nices Beach at the southern east malaysia. LAUT CHINA SELATAN yoepppp jangan datang during monsun - ombak desaru seram macam ada mata sedang melihat. hahahhahahahhahahahhahahahhahahahahha

Tq for your sincere comment... I think all hotels n service industry are having quite similar problem where staffing is concern after the pandemic.. Not enuf time to train them cause they have to open up to catch the tourist but they just hv to service people even with less staff n lack of experience new staff... I hv had experience too in trengganu in kota baharu n in jb as well in one n only fb outlet staff OK well train but guest pula tiada...

Fact 1 : Elite area with elite services only dalam Desaru Coast. Fact 2 : restaurant & beach bar kat tunamaya rasanya not under tunamaya Fact 3 : Kalau nak dtg lg with less budget, boleh try Lotus. Wpon hotel lama yg kdang2 creppy, pool dia ada mcm2 bende, beach game pon byk, breakfast & dinner dia byk giler menu Fact 4 : Better mandi pantai Bayu Balau then Desaru itself. Ombak kt pantai Desaru tu kind of telan org 🫣 Fact 5 : Nak beli lobster murah, beli kt jeti punggai. Tmpat org naik ikan. Ada gerai roti canai seawal subuh, utk pakcik2 minum kopi smbil tunggu nelayan naik

But Mandi kat pantai opposite Bayu balau not so recommended banyak batu. maybe further up , area betul2 kat public tg balau. fact 2: if betul2 nak efficient service pergi tepi TUNA MAYA ada Desaru Seafood Vilage. rasanya mengadap that beach bar yang you mention tu. Differnet operator but they are rent the rest makanan SUPERB. pricey la ye.

aku penah stay kat sini 3 thn lepas sblm masuk pkp2...mmg pendapat nko sama mcm aku, takkan repeat lagi...cuma ada satu kedai makan yg best tak jauh dari situ...tapi nko kena drive out dari area tu tak jauh dari bandar penawar...
