They didn't get them. The dudes from GBP asked to be part of it (multiple times apparently). They were told that they could be in the movie only if they put in the work and took it seriously. They did. They all showed up for practice and a similar boot camp to that of all the other groups had to go through. If they hadn't, they would not have been in the film.
