It's great to see someone deep in the zone while performing their art. He's really working the legs here.

Thank you so much Andy...this is remarkable and detailed and clear as a bell. The wind in the trees is just the right soundtrack too.

Hi George, I'm glad that the video will aid your Tai Chi practice. I wish I had the soundtrack of that performance we did those many years ago with myself, Master Mak and I think you on sitar.

Fantastic Andy Wong, this is the form I learnt (and am still doing 35 years later) from Mr T T Ang in Singapore. I haven't seen anyone else doing it here in New Zealand so its a real treat to see it again. Thanks very much for this.

Beautifully done and so cool to see the similarities between yang cheng Fu and the tung lineage. Interesting you guys divide the form in half instead of three sections.

Hi, I always found it easier in my practice to use Cross Hands as the midway point of the form.

Excellent! Thank you for posting these valuable videos. They are a good reference to review my own Tai Chi form, since I can no longer follow behind you like in the old days at the Kingsway studio!

Hi Guy, thanks for kindly sharing my videos. Yes, in those days, Master Mak would have me lead the form so that he could teach in the adjourning room.

Thank you, Andy. This is excellent review. A bit different in places from how I remember being taught. None of the beginner, easier steps into some of the postures. Will you be doing a sword video? I'd love to learn the form. Spear as well.

Hi Ron, thanks for your support. My form has changed a little over the years as I've tried to develop my own style based on those of mainly Master Mak but, also other teachers' aspects that I've liked. I will be posting the Sword Form next.
