Tungnath Temple is the highest Shiva temple in the world , its believed to be more than 1000 years old. There are numerous tales associated with the place including the one where Lord Ram carried out meditation to get himself released from the curse of Brahmahatya for killing Ravana. The temple is the abode of Lord Shiva and houses his beautiful idol. The idols of Goddess Parvati and many other Gods are also located in close proximity to this temple. Owning to harsh winters, the idol of Lord Shiva is moved to his nearby winter abode, Mukkumath Temple during the winter season.

Exactly it’s Alaknanda n Bhagirathi also known as Ganga from Gangotri

That place is definetly rudraprayag, and its alkananda and mandakini. Devprayag is also similar where alkananda and baagirathi meets, but looking at the sangam place its definetly rudraprayag. At devprayag you will see two gufa's on either side at the sangam.
