With weight increase, do you know what velocity you're getting now? I also wonder what the true draw weight is, relative to current draw weight of your SK. If I recall correctly, the current production Grizzly has only one 1 layer of maple on the limbs, but the Super Grizzly has 2, just like Super Kodiak. I don't really understand Bear's positioning on these, unless they just feel different/different grips.

When tuning arrows about 12 yards… when getting ready for hunting season I stretch out to 30 yards. No bow is better. Just different. SK is heavier to carry and more stable. SG is lighter to carry and shoots faster. So it depends on the task - right tool for right task.
