I suffer from chronic pain from a genetic disorder and recently learned that ASMR has the ability to soothe some types of pain! Further studies are being carried out too. I listen to this while I walk and it helps me focus on the healing sounds and less on the severe pain. Thanks for your videos!! 😊❤
