I started off my solfeggio frequency journeyey with watching this video and I would listen to this whenever I felt overwhelmed or had anxiety or just flat out had a bad day. But I’ve learned not to wait until things got that way before I listened and I started implementing it into my daily prayer/talks with god and I can’t explain it or won’t try to but Every single aspect of my life has improved DRASTICALLY ever since!!! I think he's saying whatever it is that you believe in... show your gratitude for it daily and communicate for clarity and understanding daily instead of waiting until you actually need help to pray and ask for help.... then things will flow smoother overall... that's what I got out of it, at least... I talk to God, but for some people, God is the universe , or humans and our connections, or the earth and all its energy... but whatever you believe in.. give gratitude daily and communicate daily..... 🙏🏽 I hope this helps. I began listening to this a week ago. And I swear, after the first time, I actually felt mentally like I hadn’t in over 10 years. I actually felt optimistic and energetic. I just couldn’t believe that I could feel like that ever again after suffering 2 brain injuries within 6 years. I was taking a nap and awoke from my nap after this video started playing. I was not startled, I was very cozy! Then something started happening to me, at the highest frequency. I started to vibrate, it seemed like my inner ear, but it felt deeper, then I started to see a void and I was going with it but I snapped back feeling scared. I was back in my ringing head. So much I can't explain there! I was reading through other comments to see if any one else experienced this. If I had to guess. I think it was my pineal gland vibrating and I started to shift, but my anxiety stoped it. I continued to the end and didn't feel anything but calm and wonder. Everything around me went completely silent. No fan sound in my room anymore, complete silence like I just jumped out of my body, then as it seemed like I was floating I started to see bright green wavy circles intertwining and it was as if I could just float through them without Interruption to the wavy circles, but I could touch them. Oh I forgot to update: Sometimes I wake up during the night but it doesn't bother me as much. But with tuning fork frequency being used for 2 nights made me not wake up at all.
