Tuning or hardware ?

I need advice on where to start looking at sorting out this quad.
Is it tune related (still running stock PID) or is there maybe a problem with the setup ?
I see people fly with stock PID and not have anything that looks off. I have major problems. Any suggestions are welcome.

If your FC is not soft mounted, soft mount it. You're getting vibration into the FC and it's making those little twitches.
