Warranties outside of factory are useless, unless it's small things like filters etc, but to warranty an engine or turbo failure due to tuning errors, ie lean mixtures i'll sit that one out thanks.

Looks like a really interesting proposition. With the Femto unlock is there any risk of BMW patching things and somehow retuning the ECU to stock remotely or causing issues come service time? Also is there anything akin to a stage 1+. I'm running MST intakes and a Remus OPF back exhaust. Would be concerned that some further exhaust mods for stage 2 would make the car too loud for some tracks.

There is potential for remote updates to remove the tune/relock the ECU - We advise all customers to disable remote software updates and also not allow a BMW dealer to update the car. If you email [e-mail] we can discuss the potential of covering cars that are not completely standard. This will be on a case by case basis.

These are to crank not wheel, our 99 RON is roughly similar to 93 Octane

All 2020+ BMW ECUs need to be sent to FEMTO for unlock before they can be tuned.

In my opinion BMW have done it again with the design which was initially a shock to my eyes because I wasn’t expecting the second evolution of the M2 to have changed so dramatically so quickly but now every time I see one they look brilliant and like no other manufacturer’s offerings which in modern times when too many designs look just the same as their contemporaries

How do we feel about this tune on the 6MT G87? Stock clutch strong enough?

It would be very similar power to what the 3.0 CSL has which has a manual gearbox. Obviously clutch is a wear item and increased power could wear it quicker but the standard clutch seems to be able to handle Stage 2 power when in good condition.

We aren't currently offering the warranty aspect outside of the UK, but we can remotely tune and do CSL software and assist with DME unlock.

hi ! im from canada and dinan aka carbahn also says tha their parts will not kill your warranty .......false . if you touch anything on your car they will black flag you and kill your warranty and there is no going back . i barely got away with the carbon fiber cover and better air filter and they documented via video everything , even the custom wheels . bmw is always monitoring everything on your car so even a discreet program they know about . my friend was less lucky than me , he got flaged for his m2 . eventually he made a deal and took a serious five digit loss when he traded his car in and he had no other choice because they would not certify his car for resale . i do not care and i am doing what i want , i have no desire to sell or trade my x4comp . to me it is an exotic suv at half the price .
