Love the wine 😳 I don’t own a pro sport my question is can you remove the anti-bear trap ? As it’s good practice to hold the barrel/cocking lever while inserting a pellet is it necessary to leave in place? (Not a beginner with air guns/fireams . Thanks Andy

I’ve not tried removing it, and as it is silent and doesn’t need three hands to use, I probably won’t. I will have a look though

It came out at 14 straight off the bat, with a small tweak 15 should be doable. I will be testing that sheridan up to ten pumps very soon👍

Hi nick ,you sounded very confident when you stated that weihrauch piston seals are better than the air arms piston seals ,is there any scientific evidence of this ,or is it simply in your experience? Please explain .many thanks from John in sunny Cornwall 🌞

It is more efficient as it doesn’t have a bloody great hole in the centre!😁 I believe a Gamo seal is a direct replacement as is similarly effective👍

Thanks for your thoughts on the air arms piston seal ,it's just I have 3 tx 200's 2xmk2's and 1x mk 3 and I must of shot tens of thousands of shots through my favourite mk2 and never replaced the piston seal !!yet!! 😊 are you saying that because of the big hole in the seal ,it let's air back up the compression tube ? Sorry I just need to know ,thanks again John.

Don't you polish the inside of the compression tube for the piston to slide smoother ?

No, you need somewhere for the grease to be

@@tbtairrifletuning1520 I always hear two thoughts to this theory on polishing.. whether to polish very smooth or cross hatch smooth (like engine cylinders) to hold some grease in the 'grain'
