Tunisia is a wonderful Country :) However, Tunisair is without question the worst airline I have ever flown with. Massive delays in both directions (Paris - Tunis - Paris), terrible customer service & filthy aircraft. Never again.

I’m Tunisian and kinda agree, but the pilots are more improved than most of other countries, we have successfully landed flights more than a lot of countries too, but I agree sometimes there is delay, but last time when I went to turkey there is no delay

Some airports, notably that of Djerba, have received new air-conditioned and more spacious coaches from a Chinese manufacturer in order to connect the airport to the parking point far from the airport. She also changed her website which is much less than the year 2000. And for the food it's the one she gave during COVID it seems to me but having traveled with them 15 days ago I have them the right to rice with chicken, bread, cheese, plus a cake. She also ditched the plastic for wooden lids. Punctuality has improved.
