my understanding of the ending: Since the beginning shows Suraj being blamed for writing Tunna and Samriddhi's name on the wall, I feel like Samriddhi confused the names of those two. And since the letter in the end has the name Tunna, she thought the other guy wrote the letter and thus got mad. Hell Yeah happy ending
