So that's a wrap as it were on the "Spring spectacular" for this year. As I said in the video, many thanks to everyone that had some advice, that tuned in to see the good - and bad as things evolved over the days ands weeks. A few things I take away to sort out - buy a better roost, net the fist first time, feed 2x the amount and above all fish to your strengths. How much bait did you use, I.e. maggot, groundbait and meat, thanks

Each day I had 3 Tins of Meat 250g - (I now think you are allowed 4, but I thought it was 3) 1x bag of sonubaits F1 groundbait - first day I added a bag of Blake’s course carp to it and that mix lasted me 2 days (put the remaining in the fridge) Last day I opened a new F1 and added in a ringers mega mix - goal here was to make it heavy so I could feed it lose and it would sink quickly. I also had 1kg of worm with me all week and also 6pints of caster just in case maggots were wrong. Maggots I had 6 pints with me per day and used about 3 and a half.
