that is a VERY highly invested Jean. And he is a whale that played the game for years with Jean as his main. Its probably as reasonably close to maxed out Jean. A lot of damage showcases on youtube isn't to be trusted with until you see their build.

Alhaitham and ayato actually work together quite well if you equip ayato with deepwood and use him as a burst support for bloom, it can be very fun

Of course the AI is going to always list Diluc and Venti first. It was trained with gameplay articles during the early years of Genshin. It would have come across a lot of online content saying Venti and Diluc were the best, before all the theory crafting and whatnot. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
