8:23 Not to discredit the Yae Miko owner, but she's deceptively easy to build. She has a crit rate% ascension stat, so then stacking crit DMG% with using The Widsith (F2P) or Kagura's Verity (spender) will already automatically set her crit stats at a respectable level. Tacking on any crit stats from artifacts then just makes the crit stats seem even more inflated. Also, the fact that Yae Miko has no dedicated artifact set means that someone building her loses less value by utilizing random 2pc/2pc, since she has no passives from artifact sets she has to rely on. Even I used 2pc Gladiator's Finale/2pc Wanderer's Troupe before Dendro was released. I slapped on those artifacts on her randomly and thought to myself, "Wow, this is so copium," only to see that my crit stats were basically at the level shown in the video. The only investment I really did into her were the obligatory talent and level ascensions, and nothing into artifact farming, but she's currently one of my strongest characters as a result of everything aforementioned. I was even able to mix and match with her weapons and circlet to get a 100/200 ratio instead of a 75/250, but stuck with the latter just because I liked the look of it better. This only accounts for Yae Miko using a crit substat weapon of course, but seeing how The Widsith is so insane, might as well just stick with that if one has no Kagura's Verity. Solar Pearl can be used to a similar effectiveness but with the 100/200 ratio for Battle Pass buyers too. Edit: Therefore, the ceiling of her investment can be viewed by her ATK/EM/ER on top of crit stats, since she uses all of them to a great extent, unlike with other characters where the crit ratio is usually the only part that matters. Regardless, a Yae Miko with low ATK/EM/(probably not low ER at C0 lol) is still incredibly strong, hence why the floor to build her is conveniently elevated, while her statistical ceiling is still very high.
