@@lukelucky1311 That's possible. Pac was in everybody's way back then. He was moving rapp music to a place where other rappers could not profit. In the 90s, many rappers bought stocks in the prison systems. Their gangsta music was supposed to help fill these prisons to raise their stocks. But Pac was releasing healing songs to the very people who was supposed to fill the prisons. Diddy ordered the hit on 2pac. Apparently was behind the first shooting at his NY studio but Pac ended up surviving. Pac knew Diddy was behind it and thats when the East/West beef blew up. Then Diddy ordered the second hit by contracting out the crips through Keefe D with $1 mill on Pac's head. The second shooting was planned for Vegas during the Mike Tyson fight event. Apparently Snoop knew it was going to happen as well with him being in the crips.

So basically, he was big time in the eyes of this cop who was relegated to this one small area in California. so anybody who rose to a high level in that small area of California, would be big in his eyes. which means he was still a little guppy in a giant ocean. just because he is big in the eyes of 1 little drug unit cop in California, doesn't mean he was big at all. a big dealer in a small Area of Compton is still nothing compared 2 places like New York City or Chicago. a huge dealer in Compton would be nothing in Harlem or Brooklyn. or the South side of Chicago. or even Miami. this this a grandiose view through the eyes of the small Californian area, so of course it's going to seem big to him. This is a textbook example of a cop being out of his league. He may very well have then on the heels of some big fish. but in the grand scheme of things, he was out of his league, and his view of reality was definitely skewed. he definitely thought he, and his situation was bigger than it really was. He wanted everyone to think he was always going after Nino brown, when in reality, he was just going after the big local neighborhood guy. Who was, in the grand scheme of things, nobody really famous.
