They both said the following statement almost ver batem: Suge Knight statement ---> "I looked up & made direct eye contact with *the shooter* ." Keefe D statement ---> "I looked over & made direct eye contact with *Suge* ...I saw he was hit in the head & thought he was dead." Suge of course was driving and on the receiving end of absolute Hell being blasted on & getting a slight head shot himself.... Keefe D "has said" he was sitting in the front passenger seat (both these guys were on the further end of the main contact of the BMW pax seat where Tupac was seated & the drivers side rear window of the white caddy)...if Keefe was actually in that front seat, how could he have made "direct eye contact" with Suge during this... Considering the shooter would be most likely lined up next to Tupac's seat, that puts Keefe further away & forward from Suge view since Keefe sitting in front & the shooter was seated in the rear....Suge said he looked into the eyes of the shooter...Keefe said he made direct eye contact with Suge, even saying he thought he was dead as he received a head shot..... There's just NO WAY Suge was ignoring the actual threat at hand unloading death onto him & Tupac, *to be able to take a hot second and make sure he identifies who the front passenger was (he didn't even mention the driver of the caddy or that he had to look who was next to the driver to make eye contact)....Nope..in fact, Suge said HE SAW THE SHOOTERS FACE/EYES...Keefe said he made eye contact with Suge...Keefe was sitting in the rear behind the driver is the only way that all lines up....
