Love the product… what do you recommend in cleaning the cookware lids. There seem to be residue buildup between the glass and rims (crease the lid)

Baking soda and dish soap. Use soft side of sponge, nothing harsh or abrasive.

No need to season this cookware, it is aluminum and steel infused to make it non-stick.

Aside from Silver and Gold copper is the best conductor of heat.

Jesse Neill That is correct, that is why the handles are made out of aluminum and the pots and pans are made of an infused metal with stainless steel and aluminum which is the best conductor.
