He and his party were against 40% of Garos share of reservation so why should we support him or his party. Instead they should concentrate only in khasi Jaintia hills no use coming here and contesting.

@AS-ds1re VPP had won 32 in 36 constituencies in Khasi-Jaintia in the past MP election. If VPP win that much seat again in the next MLA election, it will be a one-party ruling in the assembly, then we'll see his true motives and thoughts on the Garos, for now only time can tell. In the interview he had already made a statement that if he's really communal, he won't even care to come to garo and infact even if VPP works under the khasi-jaintia, that 32 seats will let his party rule alone.

@AS-ds1re of course they're contesting, it doesn't mean that VPP contest the MP election alone too, there is congress, npp, udp which are the leading parties in all these years but look what had happened, the party that doesn't give even a single penny to people during elections, yet the won, wierd isn't it
