Days of war will never be over. There is no need of weapons? Ask the Muslims who were victims of godhra riots if there is a need of weapons or not. 1992 riots. You can be in danger any time. Weapons are provided to us by guru gobind singh ji to be able to protect ourselves and others at the time of need. People should not see kirpan as another sword. There is a reason it is called kirpan and not a sword.

I can see so many problems in this video. Dumalla Maryada: Two kanghe (preferably medium-sized at least) BLUE bunga always Five(panj)shastar Minimum of two dastar materials (Optional) Dumalle Da Salok The Singh in this video is letting the dastar touch his kachera. Any dastar must never touch a kachera whether it has been WORN or currently being WORN. If it does touch, then you can't wear that dastar. The dastar shouldn't touch the floor.
@HarrySingh197413 жыл бұрын
Advice: The Keski/Bunga should be between 2.5m - 7m The Dumalla material should be between 6m to whatever your preferred length is. Happy tying Guru Khalsa Ji.

i have a question. i know many women who wrap thier hair like this but for style reasons..or other cultrual but not religious reasons..is that insulting to you? i am used to seeing people wrap thier hair up becasue its cute. i have even done that myself. i am just now learning that people do it for religous reasons.
@inderpallah69696 жыл бұрын
Yeah u r right this is not for look cute or for look handsome This is a part of our religion nd it shows an equality btween both male nd female , when a women tie dumala. So, it should not tie by having mentality to look handsome or cute.

@bidiot22 Well it doesn't matter which color you wear... Someone must have suggested your mom that it isn't lucky for you.... But nothing is unlucky for a sikh who has Guru's vision on him... So you can wear any color you like... And btw.... If your age is above 16 then you must start wearing a damalla/turban.... Bcoz patka is only for kids as they can't support turban for a long time and their brains are growing stage....

Actually bro blue colour is only allow in sikhism.the sky has blue colour due to which guru gobind Singh ji said that khalsa only wear blue colour dress and tie dumala to.for more information about this you must read history of sikh's.but if ur not interested so pls stay far away from these kind of things.its non ur constitution.

@Mrgruntastic Yes but paaji this is about satkaar of the Dastar, blessed by our Beloved Dhan Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaaj. Without SATKAAR(respect) then you wont be able to let your prem grow for sikhi.

Why don't you tie your Kesh first then do Pagri? And why don't you grow your facial hair?
@HS-mo1ii6 жыл бұрын
Introspective They do grow their facial hair, you realise some people don’t always have like long facial hair and their body allows them to have perhaps a small length of facial hair. Perhaps the man has a beard now, some people are young and they don’t always grow a moustache first.

i dont really understsnd why they want to wear this thing around their head.... it kinda makes no sence.. and how the hell can u hear with all that shit around ur ears?
@supreetsingh578 жыл бұрын
realistlife Have some respect towards a religion. The reason we wear it is because our Gurus have told us to do so. Guru Gobind Singh Ji founded the Khalsa Panth, An army of Sikh warriors. And this turban acts a safety gear for are head against the weapons. Again , I remind you.... Being a human .... you should respect other's Religion just like we respect yours.

well. The ones you see swearing also have trimmed beards and wear pug when they feel like. they shave etc etc. They are wannabe's. you won't see a true Guru's Sikh indulging in such low and pointless arguments. ha and who are you to say the days of weapons and turbans are over ??? you actually sound like the same person who said it like 300 years ago. peace out!
