Could you tell me that why HP heaters(6A,6B,7A,7B,8A,8B) don't have bypass system between them in plant.(But LP heaters have bypass between them)

Here we have Supercritical unit which has a bypass system for hp heaters You can watch my video on hp heaters it may help to solve your query

@@BhagwanSRathore I am asking that if in between hp heaters by pass is not there,we can avoid passing through all hp heaters.(like if HPH6 has problem then we have to eliminate passing through HPH7 and HPH8 also right?) I got that in ur reply u have bypasses in between them.like if in case not there could you please tell me what could be the reason

We have the system which allows 7th and 8th in service without 6th hph but it is not recommended because feedwater temperature gain in higher pr heaters gains more than designed which lead to leakage in tubes

I will make a video on it but steps are Open vent of hph Open drain Close drip line to lower hph Open extraction slowly and increase vessel pressure slowly When vessel pressure comes more than pressure of lower heater than open the drip and close the drains watching pressure and level of water
