Sir i understood that in startup of boiler, There is not sufficient heat of boiler at starting condition.so that it will not make ms to 540degree celcius. So that we bypass the steam by bypassing the turbine portion by pressure and temp reducing . This bypass circulation conditions exists till boiler is not able to produce 540 degreee celcius . In only turbine turbine trip condition (boiler is in service) how MS temp increses in bypass system? Bcz in bypass system steam circulates by omitting the turbine portion and by pressure and temperature reducing conditions. And finally it goes to condenser, hotwell and the steam attains 45 degree celcius. So in every turbine bypass cycle steam attains 45 degree celcius with water form in condenser hot well . And in every water cycle though the boiler ,boiler temperature is constant as boiler is in service. So boiler gives equal temperature in every bypass circulation to the water for steam formation . If steam attains such type of cycle then, how ms temp increase by bypass operation as boiler gives equal heat in every by pass circulation of water ?

Only start condition of boiler ms temperature is not greater than turbine metal temperature. So we need bypass . And when boiler is in service and turbine tripped , then in that time ms temp is greater than turbine metal temp. But still we need bypass bcz we do not want to go steam to the turbine for turbine maintanace. In that conditions we also bypass all steam to condenser by temp and pressure downing.

Some important points regarding this comments 1- in by pass (HPBP & LPBP) operation temperature is not increased. 2- pressure and temperature is reduced according to downstream condition. 3- steam flow is regulated. 4- after tripping of turbine while boiler running, pressure & temperature both play in roll for reloading of turbine. 5- For restarting (rerolling of turbine) conditios are as follows:- (A) time gap for restarting/ rerolling (B) parameters required as according to turbine startup curves (X-curves) (C) temperature is greater than turbine metal temperature is thumb rules for all types of turbines significant meaning is that pressure & temperature required for turbine. (D) Steam parameter require for entry in to the turbine is given by X-Curves.

MS temperature is greater than turbine metal temperature (> boiler temperature is not meaningfull ). MS temperature is > turbine metal temperature because of if ms temp is equal or less then steam is condensed in turbine and unable to do the work. So "MS temp = saturation temperature of steam+ 100 C " this is minimum MS temperature criteria for any type of turbine to enter the steam in to the turbine. Also superheat steam cools the turbine while runing on load.
