Amazing Turbis, I love them and I plant Turbis from seeds since 2019. What are your slow and rapid grafting stock? Regards,

Hi, I rarely graft my plants, in order to avoid the bloated phenotype. Most grafted plants I have were bought grafted of were grafted to rescue. To answer your question, in general Trichocereus are rapid stocks and Harrisia 'jusbertii' is a slower stock that affects less the phenotype.

@@pietercactus wow I never heard about the deformation effects in the zion due to the stock, in general the perspective comes from growers thar pursue the fastest growing possible despite the appearance of the plant. But I prefer a more natural looking plant and probably using more slow growing stock is a good idea to achive that.
