The sound is amazing. rFactor 2 definitely has that going for it. Another amazing sounding mod is the Stock Car Resurrection mod, for early 70s nascar. It has that low rev throbbing rumble that I have never heard anywhere else. It's worth checking out just for that I think.

This is probably my favourite mod for rF2 Chief did an awesome job with this. I don't consider myself a modder, but me and a couple other guys did the skins, so I'm always happy to see the ones I did in action! I think my favourite was Scott Brayton, because I had to look through so many photos, and the sponsors vary from the Oval and Road configurations. I also did the Arie Luyendyk skin. If you look closely, the car is a VERY dark blue. The rear car was dark blue, not black, confirmed by Arie himself, so I tried to create a blue that looks black but has a blue tinge under the perfect conditions. I think one of the other skin makers Chris was working on an IBL update for the skins.

There was several Long Beach one offs, that I didn't include, but that is a good chunk of the field that ran. As EmperorOfFinland said in his video, the AI might not be good. But hopefully he'll be able to get it updated.

There is also his "Lego" project where you can build any 1970's f1 vehicle, I'm not sure if it is still on the Workshop, but he's the original source: forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/70s-formula-1.66791/
