Turbo - Brighton Palace Pier | 4K Front Seat POV

For me, Turbo is definitely something that I always ride every time I visit Brighton pier and is, in my opinion, definitely a thrilling roller coaster for something of its size located on a seaside pier. Additionally, considering that this roller-coaster isn't too fast or particularly high (and that it's 25 years old), this is actually quite a fun coaster when you actually experience it. For me, it's quite a similar coaster to Colossus at Thorpe Park, but of course, much shorter, not as high, and much less intense, and also with only one loop. However, it's actually also quite surprising at how thrilling that first drop on Turbo is for a coaster of this size. The biggest downside to this coaster is that it is very rough, particularly at the back. But if you are able to cope with this, then you will actually enjoy the short but sweet experience that Turbo gives you. Of course, very few seaside rides are as intense as rides you'll find at major theme parks, but I actually think that Turbo isn't a bad coaster at all for its size and location, and is also a good warm-up ride for newcomers to the world of roller coasters before they experience bigger and faster rides.

I never thought I would ever hear Turbo being compared to Colossus! I agree with you, the ride is an incredibly thrilling experience given its size and location. Brighton Palace Pier have done a good job of managing to get a ride like this built there, everyone should ride it at least once!
