Your thoughts.. I am planning on using stock wiring for ignition, manual shut off, and using the fuel pump in stock tank .. just regulating fuel .. or what did U do with existing electrical and fuel

I use a small slide vacuum valve for shutting the engine off. No need for tank pump. Lift pump on side of the 617 injection pump will suffice for pulling fuel from tank.

I am in process of doing same thing.. did u have to modify the oil pan and u said u just used the factory mounts

No oil pan modification was needed with my setup. Spring over, using 2.5" Rubicon express leaf springs. Also, another 1.5 inches gained from longer shackles. I cut the mounts off the frame and made new ones to accept the factory rubber mount the 617 utilized in the sedan.

Still have the Jeep? Reliability? Any problems with cooling or overheating? Any advice?

Very reliable, stock yj radiator with no cooling problems. Spend the money on doomsdaydiesel's adapter plate

What type of engine mount did you use.

Using the factory Mercedes rubber engine mount that would of been used on the engine in the sedan it came out of. Been okay so far, going on a little over a year since finished. The passenger side mount is pretty pancaked from the downward torque of the engine, but they're holding together.
