Your base movement speed is 100% so any bonus would work for Feral Aptitude I think. I first interpreted it as you seemed to have, needing an additional 100%.

I pushed to 100 with subterranean creeper landslide but it feels like without might chest you are either forced to temper into armors and enchant into resistance or fury chest for bear armor...

This is not a ptr for vessel of hatred. Its just the new core system reworks with the one new cheap looking skill they gave the characters.
