The small diameter rear tires are why the gearing is so short. The taller the tire size. The higher the top speed you’ll have

I'm calling it now. I've gone back and watch all the videos before and after installing the strain gauge 'shift handle thing' and yo u can see/hear all the problems Kyle's having began once he installed it. I'm all for fast shifts and split second technology but it needs such a precision tune it's doing more harm than good. He actually did better without it.... I hope he spends a day tuning it...or just removes it. Love the channel. Love the content. Follower for life. Yeet YEET!!

Razzle Dazzle NEEDS a complete teardown, clean, refresh the paint and rebuild with new hardware, seats and 5 point harness and side nets. You could probably make 10 or so videos. I'm POSITIVE the majority of your viewers would enjoy this project.

Always wear your safety harness’s in Razzle Dazzle. My partner and I had a rescue call to the sand dunes a few weeks back. It happen to be Marty Smith sand rail crash. Don’t let something simple to do be your last mistake.

On the Go -Kart. Those little turbos are wierd. Move the boost reference from the turbo housing to the boost chamber. The boost will build in the little turbo housing faster than the boost chamber and cause the waste gate to open early and you’ll have boost flutters.

For the quaife sequential, put it in 5th gear and jam up the gears with a shop rag so you can torque that nut. Ive done that in the junkyard to remove the nuts on those transfer gears like in Jamie's neon automatic.

the down side to having a custom built sandrail , they have a limited service life , then if you want to prolong it's life , you have to rebuild the suspension , and rebuild the frame due to all the stress and the abuse the frame endures.....but it's not like it cant be done , just more work than it's worth....a bit of advice , that is a mid travel suspension setup , put a long travel setup on it , and add some bracing to the frame to stiffen it up....and finish up the tinwork on the flooring and add a roof

Awesome stuff guys, should repaint razzle dazzles frame Honda red n do the panels with black vinyl with red Honda wing on the side. Some new bfg AT2’s for the back. Idk what you would do for the fronts, lol. Send out the seats to jet trim in AZ. They do great work. Maybe a rzr seat can fit too.

Those motors love to run on 100+ octane. Alot of people run either VP fuels MS-109 or VP 110 it's really affordable they sell it in 5Gal pales and here in Delaware the VP by me the 110 and ms109 is about 55$ for 5 gallons and wit the little gas tank that thing has it deffently will last and of course u should know to check the plug gap

I think your EFI is pulling too much power from your charging system, put a volt meter on it and see what it’s going down to. Common issue with boosting small engines is not having the charging power to run the ecu/oil pump and injector etc.. if you rig up an alternator or upgrade the stator the stable 14v will make this thing rip good luck enjoy watching the progress !

Check the valve lash, the Chinesium motors get too tight fast as they bang the valve seats into the head at high rpm. It’s causes lots of running/tuning issues. Just a thought love the content boiz!!!

Could be breaking up because battery voltage dropping to much you have the aem wideband and they pull alot of current to heat up and that engine should have a really small alternator. I wanna see more of this kart 🙏

I snapped a quaife input shaft once from the end but coming loose. That was a $1200 lesson. I emailed them and couldn't get a torque spec from anyone. Some guys suggested just use the same torque spec as the stock shafy, but it wasn't enough.
