Wyoming has some pretty stable snowpack actually, especially compared to us in Colorado. They don't tend to get early storms followed by warm spells that just setup a weak layer at the bottom of the snowpack till spring.

As a dirt biker & hill climber, let me tell you that was an awesome run mate. I take my hat off to you for having the balls to do it. I’ve never ridden snow or even seen the stuff but a steep hill is the same anywhere you go. Top job cobber! 👍🏼😎🇦🇺🦘

Your sport hurts a bit more when you have to bale mate but that snow machine was set up to the tits to make that climb. They weigh as much as a bike does and their grip relies on snow this the track………and in this case, not even packed snow but powder which lessens the traction drastically. This machine had to be 150 hp plus, 126” long track as a minimum with lugs (track paddles) around 3 inches to pull that climb off somewhat easily as shown. Peace to Aussie land. 🇨🇦

@@galewinds7696 I agree with your comment 100% but as an experienced rider, like you obviously, I’d never send a rookie/novice rider on a machine capable of handling deep powder……and riding deep powder in and of itself as it takes a lot of experience and machine manipulation to do so, somethings novice simply would have. They need to start off on hard pack with a 400-500cc engine to learn the basics first. Just my opinion, not a slight on your thoughts here. 👍🏼

I am happy we did cus a spinal injuries in my 2os caught up to me n had to retire at 48. Not exactly my plan, but thankful had some investments. Every one should think about what if ? Those sleds are like a controlled explosion. The power is hardcore and you have to realize that all that sled is pushing against is powder snow and it's eating snow like a jet engine sucks air. Incredible climb!
