I'm Japanese. Born in Nagasaki, I have been taught in detail about the atomic bomb about the war since I was little. The atomic bombs have been dropped in both Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This is the horror of war. I think it's really pointless to involve civilians indiscriminately and fight. Don't make such a tragedy happen again. I'm a college student now, but I've understood since I was a child that I shouldn't go to war. It's a matter of course, don't kill people. Please don't want war. It's a sincere request. I want people all over the world to be peaceful. I'm sure it won't reach anywhere with just one student's voice. That's why I want everyone in the world to pray for peace. We don't want to die in the war. I want to live happily and end my life happily with my loved ones. There may be something strange because I'm using a translator. Thank you for reading to the end.

@@Geojr815 but the reality is that Japan was already defeated. Japan tried to negotiate a conditional surrender to the USA days prior to the atomic bombs droppings. But the USA wanted an unconditional surrender. The bombs weren't the key factor that forced Japan to surrender, as many like to think. Then, the USSR invaded Japan-occupied China on August 8th, and arguably that forced the USA to accept Japan's surrender with a few of the conditions the Japanese wanted (like keeping the emperor).

Salvation from hell is a FREE GIFT that one must simply receive through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. That is the truth. Do not ignore Jesus Christ and spend eternity in hell. The salvation of your soul is fully paid for with the sinless blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. He lived a sinless life in your place because you cannot. Then he went to the cross and shed his blood, died and was buried, and rose to life 3 days later to pay the full penalty for all your sins past, present, and future. Believe this in your heart and call upon Jesus Christ with your mouth and ask him to save your soul from hell RIGHT NOW! Not later or tomorrow but NOW! Tomorrow is not promised. Get saved NOW! It's that simple. Do not stumble by unbelief. It truly is by believing this gospel ( good news) message that one is made righteous, sinless, before God. Your soul is SEALED by the Holy Spirit the moment you believe the gospel and call on Jesus to save you. God's perfect righteousness is imputed to your soul, and your lifetime of sins are imputed to Jesus Christ. This is the truth!! A swap is instantly made and it's all by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is instantaneous and permanent! Go on youtube and watch a 7 minute video called: "How to know for certain your going to heaven- Dr Hank Linstrom" And pray along in the end and get saved right this moment!!!!

I am a Japanese man born in 1983 and raised in Hiroshima. The fact that nuclear weapons were used in Hiroshima in 1945 is not just a past story in world history textbooks. Even now, elderly people who were affected by radiation at a young age live with aftereffects such as cancer and leukemia. The memories and sadness of losing their parents and siblings in an instant in 1945 never fade away, no matter how many years pass. Nationalities such as the United States or Japan do not matter when it comes to nuclear weapons. The use of nuclear weapons is a mistake that all of humanity has made. This mistake must never be repeated.

The United States demanded that Japan surrender, but was refused, and was forced to use nuclear weapons. If Japan had not invaded, massacred Asians, and bombed Pearl Harbor, nuclear weapons would never have been used. Please don’t let all mankind take the blame for the sins of the Japanese.

@@DemoverProjectMusic The reason I wrote what I wrote was because of the Japanese imperial army who controlled the whole country at the time and were so arrogant and psychopaths so after the first bomb they thought we were bluffing but they had no idea what they were dealing with since the explosion destroyed the communications but after experts confirmed it was a nuke that fell on them the leaders thought we only had one so the 🥈 convinced them that we can drop as many as necessary and extinction was inevitable but had they continued which the military vowed to do then on the 19th of August Kokura or Kyoto would've been next cause Tokyo was off the list since it's already a wasteland.The leadership's plan were far more sinister however they were going to sacrifice everybody like robots during the planned invasion which would've cost millions but thanks to the nukes it saved more lives then it took at the cost of only 226k saving millions and millions it was very cruel but since Japan were terrorists like North Korea at the time it showed them what terror and fear looks like which forced them to their knees after that they realized we were the liberators rather then evil conquerors,and my bad if what I said hurted you it was just I didn't elaborate.

They also murdered 200,000-300,000 civilians and prisoners of war in what was then the Chinese capital city of Nanking (now called Nanjing)." Japan's atomic bombing of Hiroshima was a tragedy that should never have happened in history, and we will remember it forever. Nuclear Weapons: South Koreans with North Korea's nuclear weapons on their heads due to the increasingly serious division of the Korean Peninsula. This is something South Koreans should keep in mind to condemn the threat of nuclear weapons. But at the same time, the Japanese should remember the fascist sins committed by your ancestors in Asia. Your ancestors colonized Joseon and Taiwan under the guise of imperialism, resulting in oppression, gaslighting, and exploitation. (Order: violent suppression of independence movements, colonial education, and colonial exploitation of materials and agricultural products.) They invaded all of Asia with the fascinating ambition of 'Asian prosperity led by the Japanese Empire' called Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere, 대동아공영권 大東亞共榮圈.' Your ancestors invaded Nanjing, China, and brutally killed 300,000 people there. And in Manchuria, under the guise of "medical advancement," they conducted truly cruel biopsies on prisoners of neighboring occupied territories. They also took women from various countries, including Korea, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and more, and sexually abused them during the war under the guise of "Japanese Military Sexual Slavery." There was more to this. They seized all of the colony's ironware in the name of producing military supplies and forcibly mobilized prisoners and colonists in the name of building military facilities in their occupied territories or colonies. They also sent the colonists to the army when the army was scarce in the war of aggression. It is understandable for many Japanese to take nuclear weapons seriously and remember the pain caused by the Hiroshima atomic bomb. However, it is equally important to remember and educate their Asian ancestors about atrocities. Many Japanese may not know these historical facts because of the educational vacuum. Before you criticize the U.S. and criticize war, think about the duality of these problems. If not, I want you to know. Apart from anything else, the historical results, numbers, and testimonies are already clear. A proper education on these issues is very important for mutual understanding and reconciliation. For Asia.

This is a film However. Which Countries Receive the Most Foreign Aid From the U.S.? The United States provided more than $50 billion in aid to over 150 countries and territories, regional funds, and NGOs in 2021. Each year, Congress appropriates foreign assistance based on national security, commercial, and humanitarian interests. Country Assistance (USD) Top Activity 🇦🇫 Afghanistan $1.5 billion Humanitarian Assistance 🇪🇹 Ethiopia $1.4 billion Emergency Food Assistance 🇯🇴 Jordan $1.3 billion Cash Transfer 🇾🇪 Yemen $1.1 billion Emergency Food Assistance 🇸🇸 South Sudan $1.0 billion Emergency Food Assistance 🇨🇩 DRC $891 million Emergency Food Assistance 🇸🇾 Syria $844 million Humanitarian Assistance 🇳🇬 Nigeria $828 million Global Health Supply Chain 🇨🇴 Colombia $761 million Counter-Narcotics 🇸🇩 Sudan $620 million Emergency Food Assistance Among the top countries benefiting from U.S. assistance are various African nations contending with both famine and internal conflicts. Notably, Colombia stands out in the top 10, receiving millions of dollars to combat drug trafficking. Since the end of World War II, the U.S. has disbursed more than $3.75 trillion in foreign aid (adjusted for inflation). At its height in 1949, U.S. foreign aid totaled nearly $100 billion. Israel has been by far the largest cumulative recipient of U.S. foreign assistance. Since the 1940s, Israel has received more than $300 billion, with most of it in military support, aiding the country in developing a missile defense system and other projects. us foreign aid, top 5 countries over time The primary reason for this foreign aid has been to guarantee U.S. interests in the region, given Israel’s proximity to Syria to the northeast, Hezbollah-influenced Lebanon to the north, and an Islamist insurgency in Egypt’s Sinai to the south. After a two-decade conflict that took millions of Vietnamese lives and roughly 58,000 American lives, Vietnam is Washington’s second-largest recipient of financial support. This money is used for economic and technological cooperation, military support, and even to aid cleanup efforts from the U.S. military’s use of Agent Orange in Vietnam during the war. Since 1975, Egypt has been a significant recipient of substantial foreign aid from the United States, primarily as part of diplomatic efforts to mitigate tensions in the Arab-Israeli context. Washington also sent large aid packages to South Vietnam, South Korea, and other countries during the Cold War.

📚THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God is saving man from the imminent destruction of this old world" (The work which I have directed for thousands of years is fully revealed to man only in the last days. I have told man all about the destiny he is concerned about. I have opened for man all My mysteries, mysteries hidden for over 5,900 years, Who is Jehovah? Who is the Messiah? Who is Jesus? My work revolves around these names. How should My holy name be proclaimed? How should My name be spread in any among the nations that call Me by any of My names? When I return again, the nations will have been divided by the boundaries set by My blazing fire. At that time, I will again manifest Myself to mankind as the scorching day, showing Myself openly to them in the image of the Holy One they had never seen before, walking among so many nations, as I, Jehovah, once walked among the Jewish tribes. There they will certainly see My glory, and they will also certainly see a pillar of cloud in the sky to guide them in their lives, because I will appear in the holy places. Everywhere in the world, people will bow down, and My tabernacle will be firmly established in the midst of humanity, upon the foundation of the work that I have now accomplished. Newborn lambs and calves will be piled on top of the holy altar. I will tear down the present temple and build a new one. The temple that stands now, filled with abominable people, will fall, and the one I will build will be filled with servants who are faithful to Me. They will be like the Israelites today, wearing priestly robes and crowns, with My glory, Jehovah, in their midst, and My royalty roaming among them and remaining with them.) Almighty God said The WORK that I have RULED for thousands of years is FULLY REVEALED to MAN only in the LAST DAYS. Only NOW have I REVEALED to PEOPLE the ENTIRE MYSTERY of My GOVERNMENT, and PEOPLE already know the PURPOSE of My WORK and, moreover, UNDERSTAND ALL of My MYSTERIES. I have TOLD the MAN EVERYTHING about the DESTINY he is CONCERNED about. I have OPENED for MAN ALL My MYSTERIES, MYSTERIES HIDDEN for over 5,900 years, Who is JEHOVAH? Who is the MESSIAH? Who is JESUS? 🙏🛑 You must KNOW ALL of this. My WORK REVOLVES around these NAMES. Do you GET that? ☀️ How should My HOLY NAME be PROCLAIMED? How should My NAME be spread in any of the NATIONS that CALL Me by any of My NAMES? ☀️🙏 My WORK IS EXPANDING, and I will spread its fullness to ALL NATIONS. Because My WORK has been ACCOMPLISHED in you, I will STRIKE you as JEHOVAH struck the SHEPHERDS of the HOUSE of DAVID in ISRAEL, which will CAUSE you to SCATTER to every NATION. Because in the LAST DAYS, I will CRUSH ALL the COUNTRIES into LITTLE PIECES and will try to redistribute their people. ☀️ When I RETURN AGAIN, the NATIONS will have been divided by the borders SET by My BURNING FIRE. At that TIME, I will reveal Myself to mankind again as the LAST DAY, showing Myself OBVIOUSLY to them in the IMAGE of the DIVINE they have NEVER SEEN, WALKING in the MIDST of so many nations, as I, JEHOVAH , was once WALKING with the JEWISH tribunes. From then on, I will lead mankind in their lives on earth. There they will definitely SEE My GLORY, and they will definitely SEE a pillar of CLOUD in the HEAVEN to LEAD them in their LIVES, because I WILL APPEAR in the HOLY PLACES. 🛑🙏 PEOPLE WILL SEE My DAY of righteousness, and so will My glorious manifestation. That WILL happen when I RULE OVER THE ENTIRE EARTH and BRING My MANY children to GLORY. 🙏 EVERYWHERE in the EARTH, PEOPLE will BOW, and My TABERNACLE will be FIRMLY ESTABLISHED in the MIDDLE of mankind, UNDER the FOUNDATION of the WORK I am PERFORMING NOW. ☀️ PEOPLE will also SERVE Me in the TEMPLE. The ALTAR, which is filled with FILTHY and abominable THINGS, I will DESTROY and REBUILD. The NEW born lamb and calf will be piled on top of the HOLY ALTAR. I WILL DESTROY the PRESENT TEMPLE and BUILD a NEW. The TEMPLE that STANDS TODAY, filled with the abominations of PEOPLE, will FALL DOWN, and the ONE I will BUILD will be FILLED with FAITHFUL SERVANTS to Me. 🙏☀️ They WILL RISE AGAIN and SERVE Me for the GLORY of My TEMPLE. You will certainly SEE the DAY when I will RECEIVE GREAT GLORY, and you will also certainly SEE the DAY when I will DESTROY the TEMPLE and BUILD NEW. Likewise, you will definitely SEE the DAY of the ARRIVAL of My TABERNACLE in the WORLD of PEOPLE. As I DESTROY the TEMPLE I will also bring My TABERNACLE to the WORLD of PEOPLE, as they watch My DESCENT. 🛑🙏 After I CRUSH ALL the NATIONS, I will GATHER them AGAIN, and from there I will BUILD My TEMPLE and ESTABLISH My ALTAR, so that ALL may OFFER Me offerings, SERVE Me in My TEMPLE, and FAITHFULLY dedicate themselves in My WORK among the GENTILE nations. They will be JUST LIKE the ISRAELITES of the PRESENT, wearing a priest's GARMENT and CROWN, with My GLORY, JEHOVAH, in their midst, and My royalty roaming among them and REMAINING with them. ☀️ My WORK among the GENTILE nations will also be PERFORMED in the same way. As My WORK in ISRAEL, so will My WORK be in the GENTILE NATIONS, for I will expand My WORK in ISRAEL and PERFORM it in the GENTILE NATIONS. 🙏 From "The Work of Proclaiming the Gospel is also the Work of Saving People" Fulfillment of "When I looked up, someone handed me a book wrapped in a scroll. I opened it and I read on both sides the prayers, lamentations, and curses." (Ezekiel 2:9-10). ... (Rev. 19:9,13) 📥Calling and leading everyone to His lowered Kingdom or Church because it is still standing on earth in the holy place in the air/ youtube "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD 💐 this is the fulfillment of what He said to Peter 2,000 years ago, recorded in (Matthew 16:18'19). This is the the only Church of each one of our spirit that we must listen to or eat and drink like how we eat, dress and sleep every day so that He can guide us and change us by rejecting the evil attached by satan so as to be perfect, having attained eternal life that will enter the coming replacement of the New Heaven and New Earth. 📩 Note📩 Almighty God said, Life in the Kingdom is the life of people and God Himself. Humanity depends on My care and precaution, and all are engaged in fighting the great red dragon to the death. In order to win this last battle, and to end the great red dragon, all people must offer Me their entire being, for My Kingdom. When I say "KINGDOM", I mean it is the life lived under the protection of divinity, where all humanity I constantly guide, I teach directly, so that the life of all humanity, although in world is as if it were in heaven, the true spirit of life in the third heaven . 🙏

🌼THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age brought by Christ to purify man with His Word" Almighty God said As long as PEOPLE do not EXPERIENCE GOD'S WORK and GET THE TRUTH, SATAN'S NATURE OF HUMANITY RULES and DOMINATES their WILL. 😪 WHAT PARTICULARLY IS INSIDE THAT NATURAL CHANCE? For example, WHY are you SELFISH? WHY are you PROTECTING YOUR OWN ROLE? WHY DO YOU FEEL SO STRONGLY? WHY DO YOU WANT 'UNREAL THINGS? WHY do you WANT that EVIL? WHAT IS THE BASIS OF your liking for these things? Where do these things come from? Why are you so happy to receive them? By now, you all have understood that the main reason behind all this is because it has SATAN'S POISON. 🔴 As for what Satan's POISON is, it can be fully expressed in words. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ASK SOME BAD PEOPLE WHY THEY ACT THE WAY THEY ARE, THEY WILL ANSWER: "Each PERSON for HIMSELF and LET OTHERS BE CAREFUL." 😪 This single phrase reveals the ROOT of the PROBLEM. - - - - - The Savior has returned and He or Christ has fulfilled His building of the kingdom/church on top of the rock or standing in the worthy holy place in the air/KZbin! When He came He fulfilled what was prophesied in the book of Revelation and from there it is recorded that He changed a new name and the name of His city from ("THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD" 💐) "The Epistle to the church of Philadelphia" "The one who overcomes is I will make a pillar totemple of my God, and he shall not be removed from it forever. I will engrave on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem that will come down out of heaven from my God. I will also engrave him with my new name. (Revelation 3:12). ... "The Reign of the Prince of Peace" "For a baby boy is born and he will rule over us. He is the wonderful counselor, the Almighty God, the eternal Father, the Prince of peace." (Isaiah 9:6). ... "For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their SHEPHERD. He will lead them to springs of life-giving water; and God will wipe away the tears from their eyes." The number of Asian civilians killed by Japanese forces in the Pacific War between 1931 and 1945 reached 20 million. Even if the Allies dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in retaliation every year from 1945, killing 200,000 people, it would have to continue until 2045 for the same thing to happen. However, Japan enshrines the remains of war criminals at Yasukuni Shrine, and the Prime Minister and high-ranking government officials officially visit the shrine every year. The Japanese government is glorifying war criminals by calling them the souls of heroes. They are deleting or downplaying from textbooks the crimes that are 100 times greater than the crimes they committed, and they are pretending to feel sorry for the damage they have suffered by inviting the G7 to Hiroshima. I think this is kind of a joke.

Japan's atomic bombing of Hiroshima was a tragedy that should never have happened in history, and we will remember it forever. (Order: violent suppression of independence movements, colonial education, and colonial exploitation of materials and agricultural products.) They invaded all of Asia with the fascinating ambition of 'Asian prosperity led by the Japanese Empire' called Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere, 大東亞共榮圈.' Your ancestors invaded Nanjing, China, and brutally killed 300,000 people there. For Asia.

Japanese imperial troops committed even more severe atrocities. Have you heard about the Nanjing Massacre? Also known as the Rape of Nanking, it took place in 1937 when Japanese forces captured the Chinese city of Nanjing. Over a six-week period, they unleashed unimaginable violence, killing an estimated 200,000 to 300,000 civilians and disarmed soldiers. The massacre included widespread sexual violence, with tens of thousands of women assaulted. This horrific event remains one of the darkest episodes of World War II, deeply impacting Sino-Japanese relations to this day.

Perhaps if you saw the war crimes committed by Japan, such as Unit 731, your conscience would be much more affected. Also, it would help your conscience to know that the number of civilian deaths they killed was 100 times that of the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Additionally, if you learn that Japan has placed the remains of war criminals at the Yasukuni Shrine, glorifying and praising them as the souls of heroes, and having high-ranking government officials, including the Prime Minister, pay their respects "officially at the national level" every year, do you really believe that Japan has a conscience? You'll wonder if words even exist.

@BondiBeache
@BondiBeache 7 ай бұрын
@@Torbintime The before and after relationship was wrong. Bin Laden first committed 9/11, and the Afghanistan operation was carried out to eradicate terrorists. It's a legitimate operation. Japan was a country where religion and politics were not separated, and people believed that the king was a god. The entire nation was like a group of fanatics. In these countries, civilians and soldiers cannot be separated. During the Pacific War, Japan killed 20 million civilians in the Asian countries it invaded, and in 1944, it sent out 9,000 balloon bombs that could have landed on any country, including Canada, the United States, and Mexico, and if successful, the poison gas developed by Unit 731. They planned mass civilian massacres using In addition, even after dropping two atomic bombs, they still prepared a plan to take advantage of the entire nation and fight back with suicide terrorism until the end. If Japan had fought fair and square without harming civilians but had fallen victim to the atomic bomb, we could feel sympathy for them. However, Japan only lost because it had no technology and weak military power. If Japan's military power and technology had been strong, many more American civilians would have died, and if Japan had developed the atomic bomb first, Japan would have used all the atomic bombs it could make. It would have been dropped on the United States. At that time, Japan as a whole was a criminal group, and rather than a country with normal, rational judgment, it was a group of psychopathic fanatics with an irrational way of thinking. In fact, a survivor who was a Japanese soldier at the time recalled that even when he committed war crimes and massacred civilians, he did not feel any guilt because he believed that the Emperor of Japan was a god and could never make a wrong decision. Above all, Japan emphasizes the damage it suffered from the atomic bomb, but does not reflect at all on the war crimes it committed.

I agree with you on that point. Mass murder (the real name of war) will continue as long as we do. I don't think Japan has done more than other peoples have done over thousands of years. Unfortunately, it was at that time that a terrible and terrible weapon was created. Was it overkill to drop it (no pun intended) or was it the atrocities of that historically disgusting war? I would say the latter. War cannot be justified, because none of the wars are fair and are without a breath or hint of love in them. They are hate manifesting itself in any hurtful and nasty guise it can take. It is Us V Them, where the cost is human life for very 'minimal' gain obtained. It's senseless. That's no revelation. We will not stop war because humans are both good and bad. War is an outcome of that bad and we cannot change human nature. In all, I'd like to say that I hope you are well and staying strong in your character. Peace be to you

My dad was amongst the first to go see the devastation of Hiroshima after the surrender. I grew up with his photographs, the devastation and how he felt about what happened. The photographs… beyond your comprehension. Mum said he was forever changed was not same man he was before he went there. If we didn’t eat what was on our plate he would be so angry as he has witnessed so much suffering. And the earth he said continued to quake afterwards so much so that even as grown men they were afraid. None of them realised much about the radiation fallout. He eventually got cancer but it wasn’t the cause of his death. But he used to get ulcers and sores on his legs and I wonder … if it was radiation related now. There was a great sadness I could feel in my Dad in relation to that bomb and I grew up fearing there would be a nuclear war. They used to say in those days we grew up in the “shadow of the bomb.” It was especially so in my home. In my whole life I thought I would never grow up be a teenager be a mum or be an old lady like I am now. But at 66 it looks like my nightmare might become reality. I know I won’t survive but I worry about my offspring and grandchildren. I want my genes to survive even if I don’t. But it’s likely none of us will make it. You think about that. I hold those responsible who voted for a senile incompetent geriatric, those who hated Trump enough to be careless with their vote. You are at risk too. Your children are at risk. We all are. If I were you I would be afraid. Very afraid. So be it upon your head. We had world peace only several years ago with Trump for the first time in decades. Trump is not my president but he was yours And what you Americans do affects the world as a whole. Hiroshima was an tiny taste of what could be. Watch this video and know it is so. No one will escape Mutually Assured Destruction…. Don’t let it happen.

This was a very good film, props to the creator for making me cry over something which happened before i was born. Up until now, I felt sympathy for those who died in wars like this one, 9/11 and all that, but this film really put me in the shoes of the victims - you could say "empathy". I knew war was a bad thing but now I'm filled with hatred to the core when I think of war. I find it disgusting that powerful and rich militants just lay back and relax while wars are fought at the expense of civilian lives. No matter how you think of it, there's so much hatred and resentment directed at each other which never really dies out? What's the probability that a nuclear bomb falls on my roof right now as a result of someone else's war? No matter how hard we educate ourselves and go to work every single day, our lives are ultimately in the hands of these evil and powerful people. My tears to those who have meaninglessly died and curses to those who support and fund war.

Well, many experts in ufology claim that the moment humanity achieved nuclear power status and started testing A-bombs, "aliens" took notice and started keeping humanity on check. Probably they put us on the threat list as "dangerous, bloodthirsty type 1 civilisation". It's clearly that A-bombs not only affect our dimension, but other dimensions too from where these "aliens" come. Humanity is not alone and it can't do what it wants. There are advanced civilizations out there that keep things in control. We won't be allowed to destroy the balance. We will be contained as "a killing virus".

@@gabrielsalvemini7489. I salute your optimism, and hope you are right. I spent 15 years of my youth in a nuclear regiment in West Germany, during the cold war years and I can tell you it was a very real threat. Putin has raised the old Russian threat of possible nuclear weapons being used, if NATO interferes any more in the illegal invasion of the Ukraine by his forces. So yes I'm worried, because this is all about looking strong and not losing face with putin, he knows there are people who are waiting for him to make a mistake and will maneuver him out of office, and that worries me, as this is a man who would push the button when he thinks he has nothing to lose.

@YA-fi3ng Your comment wrongly portrays the casualties as "victim to the atomic bomb" when they were in reality the perpetrators of their own demise regardless of the means by which the events occurred. The people who became casualties in the air raid against the military targets were warned to evacuate those military targets (2nd General Army Headquarters and base facilities) before the imminent air raid occurred. One-third of the population of Hiroshima and one-fourth of the population of Nagasaki evacuated to safety and remained uninjured by the atomic bombs. Those persons who remained present at the military targets had no lawful expectation of Protection under the laws of war and were combatants subject to lethal attacks. Furthermore, the Japanese Government had already announced that all Japanese subjects were combatant members of Japan's armies regardless of age, sex, and condition. That included newborn babies who were used as mined boobytraps. There were no longer any non-combatant Japanese civilians. The use of the nuclear weapons of mass destruction was a lifesaving, lawful, and necessary response to Japan's prior use of chemical weapons of mass destruction and biological weapons of mass destruction. Japan had already killed some 500,000 people with those weapons of mass destruction, and Japan had plans to make further use of them to kill millions more people in a series of attacks beginning on 23 September 1945 with an attack upon San Diego, California and other American cities. The American use of the nuclear weapons of mass destruction saved the lives of tens of millions of Japanese and Allied people. These events would have never been necessary if the Japanese Government and the Japanese people had insisted upon their own compliance with the Kellogg-Briand Pact or Paris Peace Act of 1928, League of Nations resolutions, and other mandates to refrain from engaging in their 1931-1945 wars of aggression, conquest, and genocide. It is long overdue for there to be more than token Japanese condolences and memorials for the people whom Japan and its population committed such horrendous atrocities upon.
