Hello! New subscriber to your channel. Thank you for all the information you provide in your channel. Wanting to get into tile & grout cleaning. Don’t have the money to buy van, mounted vacuum et., but going to buy a portable. There are so many out there and I don’t want to buy something that is not adequate for the job. In your professional opinion can you recommend a unit? Again thank you!!!

Have you done tile and grout cleaning before? If not I'd suggest going to work for someone else before you start spending money and realize you don't like it...With that said, a portable unit is great for areas out of reach like anything above the third floor, and also requires to have 2 separate outlets as well as a place to dump water (toilets) it's a lot of work...You'll really want a truck mount operation like this one: hydramaster.com/product/cds-4-8-truckmount/ They also sell portables in the 5K range...For tile and grout cleaning heat is needed. Turbo TH-40 is the best tile and grout cleaning attachment tool you can buy period! Good Luck! Left out the most important part, can you sell?
