Sounds way better than a polaris. I wish the can am just used their vtwin rotax and just used diff cam heads valves and twin turbo big injectors and build the lower end of it so it lasts i bet they would sound better than three cylinder rotax and make good low end tourqe. 250hp stock would be nice

This is a great lesson in tuning to learn...and learning to tune. Love the work you guys are doing and really happy to see that smile of relief on Dougs face. Nothing like strapping your baby to the wheels and then pushing the loud pedal, all the BS is over and the truth is there for all to see. Get them weak point addressed, and bring on raceday in May!

Check your valve cover too, I can't really see the breather hosing the motor with oil causing it to get down the spark plug holes but if the valve cover will leak down into the spark plug holes giving the plugs grounding issues and making weak spark, then when you pull the plug the threads and the electrode is all oily like that. Not saying you assembled it wrong, but its worth torquing the bolts after a few heat cycles. I have seen sport bikes with repetitive issues here so we shaved .001 off the collar of the bolts to give it better clamping pressure so if your crank case pressures are a little higher with all that boost... if its a repetitive issue that is where I would look.where I would look.
