great video, but I have to ask... do customers really ship their grinders to you when it is something as simple as a clog like this? when did people become so useless? compressed works wonders for clearing these things out periodically.

unfortunately yes, but they would be returning. Most people seem to be new to espresso and adjust large increments with the grinder not running etc. Ones we get back, we clean, test, no issue, sell open box.
