What a series of great matches. Crazy how one maneuver can cost you the game on that skaven vs greenskins match. Also that sword of khorne was insane, I must have replayed it 5 times. Always a good time watching these tourneys.

Game 2 was very fun to watch! First your opponent throws the game by attacking alone with Azhag and getting punished for it which results in Azhag getting taken out. Felt like you had the game in your bag after that. But then you use Ikit alone and charge into a spear unit at full strength which has support from a orc cavalry unit at full strength. That together with Azhag who also comes back and spirit leach Ikit meant that Ikit was thrown in the trash can. So both players recklessly throwing away their big expensive leaders was just hilarious to watch! 😂

I think Seekers might be affected by the same bug that affects Wolf Rats, actually. On a charge, for some reason, they just get 100% chance to hit, and all models can hit the target, and because they are all AP and has so many models, they just DESTROY stuff.

I'm pretty sure all cavalry does impact hits on a charge. Beyond that, and perhaps more importantly in this case, is that charging units will perform a melee attack on anything they don't knock down. A Seeker unit performing a flank charge gets 80 charge bonus, giving 120 weapon strength (90 AP) and 90 % hit chance against anything with 30 melee defense or less (more if attacking in the flank). With 60 models, you're probably looking at an average of 3500-5000 ap damage on a charge depending on the target, and Seekers are coded in a way that lets a lot of them make contact when charging a single entity. This is how they end up melting anything they charge into. Armor piercing, high charge bonus and high model count is a dangerous cocktail.

NO not them! Anything but them French British hybrid! The world already has enough chaos abominations! Jokes aside their cav needs a buff and a way to somewhat counter armored halberd and dedicated anti large monsters. BUT Also remove some of their insane CURRENT tools that could make them OP if you added those buffs and some new units to their VERY SMALL AND LIMITED ROASTER! I say they need 3 changes: 1) Bretonnia should simply be the best cav faction in the game. They should get the Khorn treatment where they were given rightfully the most power unga bunga mele units. It just makes sense. 2) I would also give them tools to beat halberds: -An armor piercing heavy crossbow unit with medium range, The Arbalétrier (Slow to fire not very good vs other ranged units but they get a shield that they setup like they did in IRL history) -A huntsman like anti large Longbowman unit. More range than huntsman but no stalk or loose formation. Good vs both gun type units and large monsters. 3) To make sure they don't go bonkers op. I would nerf their insane leadership and other stat buffs for their hoards of unwashed peasants, so the new ranged units don't become unbreakable unkillable monsters.

Re the other channel ideas: the career cast sounds like it might be legitimate real content.. but not sure how popular it would be, you would need a studio too.What I do think you should consider is an art channel (guides, tips, and live art) between you and Anna - from mini painting to dioramas to furniture customization and all sorts of different art projects. You handle the mini painting/scenery making and Anna handles the more serious art works. If you do do the career cast - well i am a serial entrepreneur and I have been military intelligence, might be good first or practice case, Ive got a decent mic, but no cam. happy to let you practice on me though - oh and im old.. and now retired(mostly.. sort of), so been there done that sort of vibe.

Can we get a tournament that's casted instead of you playing in it soon? That's always been my favorite format to watch because it guarantees that every game we see will be competitive since you can avoid casting games with skill mismatches, plus we usually get to see a larger faction variety. Can't complain too much though, you've had some awesome games the past couple weeks but would be nice to get a casted tourney for every 2 or 3 you compete in.

It's official art from one of the old Warhammer Fantasy army books for Chaos - if memory serves it's from the 5th or 6th edition where Warriors and Daemons of Chaos were one faction. This guy was called The Butcher of Praag!
