1 small white onion, diced

1 tsp. minced ginger
1 lb. ground turkey
3 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tbsp. sriracha
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 small green cabbage, chopped (about 1 ½ lbs.)
6 cups vegetable broth or other kind
1 tbsp. sesame oil
½ cup chopped scallions or chives
