TURKEY FRY | INDIAN Style Turkey Recipe Cooking in Village | Traditional Vaan Kozhi Varuval Recipe

Today we cooking turkey fry recipe with using four turkeys. Normally western country foods have turkey with roasted turkeys and thanksgiving turkey. But Indian Village foods has turkey recipes with turkey fry, gravy masala, biryani, and some more.
We cook this turkey fry with a traditional method with using traditional ingredients. In our village, we call this recipe as vaan kozhi varuval and it is our favorite.

Everything starting from indegridients to their hands , cooking utensils, knives, place are clean. Even their dresses are clean. Perfect chefs they all are🙂👏. And it's not that they can't afford modern cooking equipment, but the main purpose is to show traditional cooking methods that we saw our grandparents using when we were children. Bring back memories... Hats off to each & everyone of them. I wish my grandparents were alive, they would have loved Grandpa & their children. Lovely people.
