1) Over medium heat, brown the turkey osso bucco on both sides with a knob of butter 2) Add a little vegetable broth and cook for another 5 minutes 3) Remove the turkey 4) Add the chopped onion and cook wither 5) Add the turkey and deglaze with a little white wine 6) When the wine evaporates, add 250 g of frozen peas 7) Add two ladles of vegetable broth 8) Cover the pan and cook for 40 minutes on high heat low 9) Remove the lid and turn off the heat 10) Add two turns of olive oil and a little black pepper. Enjoy your meal!

• 250 gr. of Frozen Peas
• 1/2 Onion
• A knob of butter
• 1/2 liter of vegetable broth
• A little white wine
