this borek is incredibly tasty and very easy to try
the necessary ingredients:
2 packets of filo pastry (800g in total)
I used feta cheese, but you can use whatever you like.
For the sauce:
1 glass of water Milk (200ml)
1 glass of mineral water (200ml)
1 cup oil (125ml)
a pinch of salt
Egg yolk for the top
Manufacturing:
Lay 5 pieces of dough on top of each other, place them on the wider end of the filling and roll up, cut 3 finger widths and place close together
Pour over the sauce you have prepared and let it sit for at least 1 hour, if you wish, you can also prepare it overnight.
After cooking the sauce, apply the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
