I'm sorry but your brine has way too much salt.

Actually when I put them in the brine they were. You can put it in the brine, it should thaw out over night.

Couple questions, i have a couple of your injections, can you save any unused liquid in the fridge that didnt go into the injector or touch any meat? And for the wing dust it says to cook chicken plain and dust them after. But can you dust them before you cook them like any other rub? Whats different about the dust that you would only put it on after the cook? I just dont like the idea of cooking plain chicken, never done that before. Flavor from seasonings get absorbed into the chicken while cooking to an extent.

The main answer to both questions is this - you do you Personally, I don't keep any left over liquid, even if it doesn't touch meat. One thing you can do to avoid waste is mix up a little less than you think you'll use and if you need more, mix up a little more. For Wing Dusts, that's just our recommendation. Cooking plain chicken does sound weird, but it works best when you dust them after. However, most of our Wing Dust flavors go great with SPG so you could always rub them with that then dust them when they're done 👊🏼💥
