I'm in the Army and work at a hospital near D.C. I overheard two nurses talking about how she would have missed some patient info if the other nurse wouldn't have taken a second look at the record. I stopped and said "a fresh set of eyes finds more beans," and they both agreed without a second thought.

@@Sundog0811 Are you asking yourself questions and answering them in the same paragraph? In his place, as in, cut him down a few pegs. This isnt a business meeting, their respective titles mean absolutely nothing in a spirited debate about hunting. Power distance is irrelevant to someone who stands on fact and can argue their points. I think you possess the mindset of a peasant pauper, afraid to speak up for themselves before editing a few words first!!

1:16:11 as an electrician that is currently working on a Air Force Base for the core of engineers. Everything that we install has to be made in the US we were recently told that one of the very few companies that makes conduit bodies in the US is no longer making those in the US, and there is definitely a noticeable quality deficiency in the US made product. The US state steals is definitely better quality then the info is crap but the workmanship is not here.

Got a question. Live here in california, my dad went to bass pro shop to buy my little brother (age 15) a shotgun for his first year of hunting. The guy behind the counter told my dad he couldnt buy my little brother a shotgun and that it is a crime to buy a gun for another person. I understand that law for another adult, not for your minor child. But how is it you could hunt as a teenager and bass pro shop wont sell your parents a gun?
@pajiad191
@pajiad191 11 ай бұрын
He was misinformed. A father to son transfer or a son to father transfer (Mother too) is exempt from straw buyer restrictions. Next time tell the Bass pro Guy nothing just fill out the paperwork and take your shotgun..... he aint your friend.

@@jacobventura3468 Yes brother thats totally legal, it is even legal to let a friend who is not related borrow a firearm for hunting purposes. My only advice is to buy your firearms from a local Mom n Pop (or as close to it as possible) gun store that serves the community youre local to. Bass pro is a fun experience and great for fishing but I encourage others to purchase their firearms from a local dealer for many reasons which I wont list here.

If you've bought a mechanical advantage from a corporation (call, decoys ect.) The poetry is somewhat lost. Before you compare spinners and fly fishers or bows and rifles. The art is in the effort. I know quite a few bow hunters that won't hunt in the rain😂

most fly fishermen piss me off if they have that attitude that if you don't fly fish you ain't shit ... I hate that attitude...! the reason they feel that way is cuz they don't know much about spinfishing they think all there is to it is chuck a lure into the water an that's it an it's all about the full creel in the shortest time possible then they want to make it illeagle for me to fish my favorite spot because it's now flyfishing only
@danorris5235
@danorris5235 11 ай бұрын
Flyfishing elitism is one of the most hilarious things to me. I grew up bait fishing, changed over to lure fishing, and then got into fly fishing. Now I use all three depending on where I am and what I'm going for. It makes the fly guys seriously enraged when you're "doing it all wrong with no respect for the art" as you're out-fishing them. It's pointless trying to explain concepts like depth and speed to some of those guys. They won't believe any of it until they watch it happen, and then half will claim that it's some violation of fly fishing ethics because your manner of casting wasn't flashy and smooth or you stripped it in like a barbarian. I even had one guy flip out on me because I was fishing where he was fifteen minutes prior and kept the legal ones. I asked him if he was there to harvest some food or just playing, "touch the fish," and he absolutely lost it. Dude seriously thought it was wholly unethical to fish 40yds from him in a place he already passed up and actually eat the fish instead of harassing them for personal enjoyment. Being half my size and twice my age didn't shy him away from threatening to fight me for "ruining the art." 🤣

Meateater credibility of being for the “Everyman” is dwindling every week. For sure trying to sugarcoat it is a giveaway while trying to play it off. It’s really not that difficult to keep producing jobs here. The investment unstitching is where he justified cheap FOREIGN LABOR because you know.. it’s the only way 😞
