Awesome job, there are some newer looking red rocket buildings. I hope the move went well. There is also a really cool stained glass window, nuka cola diner mod and you can make tiffany lamps...it's called unicords and farts...LOL

Dave, thank you. Can't wait til the move is finished. Moving is one of the worst jobs there is, but settling in and decorating is fun. That's really a weird thought because I really don't like decorating in Fallout 4, lol. 😀

For the red rocket’s roof there is a way to fix it. In snappy housekit at the red rocket menu

Master plan series has red rocket reborn. I don't remember for sure about it having prewar pieces.

Yeah, I was talking to someone about it but apparently the pieces don't come separately, plus their no more prewar than these. Oh well. 😀

My grandpa lost his right index finger to a wringer washer when he was young. Kept him out of the service during the war. Good luck with the move. Be sure to clearly mark the boxes you'll want to unpack first (plates, bedding, toiletries, etc) so you can find them easily. And don't lose the TV remote! 😁

Coopes, thank you! I know I want a small elementary school for younger kids. I'm thinking the older kids would be bused to the mainland.. I'm trying to consider what would realistically have been on the island before the war. Since the island isn't really that big they would probably have businesses that would be convenient for the residents. 😀

Almost all of my builds are prewar, so I', basically already doing it without the creation kit. I'm not very computer wise, so I doubt I'll ever learn how to use the creation kit. However, I will continue building prewar settlementsin-game. 😀

@@TurkeyBuzzard Awesome! Wat if you'd start a new save, and using the settlement anywhere mod, make every place you come across as pre war as possible, starting with vault 111, than sanctuary, then the red rocket, Concord etc...?

The only problem with that idea is that even using console commands, there is a lot of junk, debris and unwanted items that the game doesn't let you scrap. Plus, once you leave vault 111 you can't return so the whole thing would have to be built from scratch.
